1. Health & Safety Policy
1.1 Statement of Intent
T&S Construction Stoke is dedicated to providing measures for health, safety and wellbeing of all involved with its projects i.e., employees, contractors, clients and visitors. We take all practical steps to prevent accidents, injuries, and health risks while ensuring compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and HSE guidance.
Our aim is to create a safe work environment for everyone and to continually enhance our health and safety practices.
1.2 Responsibilities
a. Employer Responsibilities
The management of T&S construction stoke LTD will:
- Provide a safe and healthy working environment, including safe systems of work, tools, equipment, and access to welfare facilities.
- Assess risks to health and safety and implement effective control measures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.
- Provide information, instruction, training, and supervision to ensure all employees are competent to carry out their duties safely.
- Review and update this policy annually or as necessary to reflect changes in legislation or business operations.
b. Employee Responsibilities
All employees are expected to:

4. Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

The purpose of this document is to set out company's policy regarding Bribery and Corruption. This policy applies strictly to all employees, contractors, agents or any other people associated to T&S construction.
4.2 Understanding and Recognising Bribery and Corruption
Bribery and corruption are unethical practices aimed at influencing individuals to act dishonestly. Bribery involves offering, promising, or giving a financial or other advantage to induce or reward improper actions. It's important to note that bribes aren't limited to cash payments; gifts, hospitality, and entertainment can also be considered bribes if intended to influence decisions.

5.5 Risk and Compliance
The Company has evaluated the nature and extent of its exposure to the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in its supply chain through:

- Reviewing on a regular basis all aspects of the supply chain based on supply chain mapping.
We do not consider that we operate in a high-risk environment because the business is small business and operate within specific area working with local suppliers.
We do not tolerate slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains. Where there is evidence of failure to comply with our procedures by any of our suppliers, we will seek to terminate our relationship with that supplier immediately.
