The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of bookkeeping practices and proficiency in bookkeeping software. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional education in Bookkeeping, Finance, or a related field is advantageous
- Professional certification in bookkeeping is preferred
- Proficient in bookkeeping software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and payroll in a timely manner
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budget preparation
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
